Failing

Well I have been failing terribly at this blog and on my diet/exercise. I'm hoping to do better on both. I've erased all the old stuff and starting NEW!! I'm going to try to do my best to express my feelings on here and my trials as I go through this new chapter in my journey. Since Ocotober I have gained 25 lbs, quit a job, started a new one, got laid off, called back, moved from the factory to the office, achieved my personal trainer certification, and finally realized I've just let myself and my health deteriorate! How all that for a mouthful!

I'm heading to the grocery this morning. I've decided to work with an old friend trainer who is doing a 12 week weightloss challenge. It was affordable to me and I think she does a good job for the money. I had a melt down yesterday and bawled my eyes out. NONE of my clothes fit. That always makes a girl depressed! So my goal for this week is to try to get a positive attitude...keep it....and get some awesome workouts in...and post a daily update on here.
